East Siberian MIAT serves about 4 000 kilometres of rail ways and more than 40 000 kilometres of air traffic lines. They pass through 4 constituent territories of the Russian Federation: Irkutsk Region, Zabaikalsky Krai, Buryat Republic and Sakha Yakutia. 225 stations and 302 flag stations are situated on East Siberian rail ways. 7 classified airports of East Siberian trans-regional territorial administration of Air Traffic of Ministry of Transport, equipped for international flights are in the zone of efficient service of East Siberian Ministry of Internal Affairs on Transport.

“Yurty” station is west divide of service district of East Siberian MIAT (Irkutsk region). “Petrovsky zavod” (Zabaikalsky krai) is east divide, “Naushki” station (Buryat Republic) is south divide, “Khani” station (Sakha Yakutia) is north divide.

The system of East Siberian MIAT is represented by 2 Line Control Divisions, 8 Line Sections, 15 Line Departments of Internal Affairs, and 29 Field Stations of Militia.
